• Beach trips are based on being within 6nm of Saugatuck channel.
• All charter time include's dock time for safety instructions and emergency proceedure review.
• All crew members work for tips only, please take care of them on departure.

Terms, Deposits and Cancellations:

• 50% deposit must accompany all reservations.
• Visa, Mastercard and personal checks accepted for reservations. A 3% proccesing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
• Balance is due prior to departure.
• If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Deposits for trips cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded.
• Cruises may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, storm warnings, mechanical, or other conditions beyond the control of the company. For your safety the Captain has the sole decision regarding the cruise or early return of the vessel.
• Cancelled parties due to inclement weather or at Capt’n Rich's discretion will be fully refunded. A cancellation by the party will result in loss of the deposit.
• Alcohol, mooring fees and theme decorations are not included.
• Captain has sole descrestion, without refund, to cancel a cruise if any of the charter party gets unruley, out of line or puts any of the other members, including themselves, in danger.
• The person booking the charter is responsible for any items broken or damaged on the boat during a charter and will be charged at replacement cost.
